What Type of Spanish Interpreting Should I Choose?

Simultaneous Interpreting: 

A simultaneous interpreter is the more mentally stressful of the two types of interpreting. A simultaneous interpreter must first listen to the source language and immediately after understanding the meaning of the phrase, begin speaking that language into the target language. This is tough, because in some languages, the full meaning of the phrase cannot even be guessed at until the phrase is complete. In turn, the interpreter must wait until the phrase is finished before he or she can proceed to speak in the target language. 
Consecutive Interpreting: 

During a consecutive interpreting, the interpreter will take detailed notes of the dialogue and then every 5-10 minutes, a pause will be given for the interpreter to repeat the information in the target language to the client.
